Take a pan for boil the snails. Keep the snails and give water and salt and hit the pan. After boil snail meat pull from snail cover by the twizer or clips. Take a frying pan and give some mastard oil and fry boil snail meat. After two or three minutes keep the another pot. Give some mastard oil in pan and fry mixed masala ginger and garlic paste, green chilli and red chilli paste, onion cut pices and coriander leaf, termenic paste all those fry with oil . The fry mashla is ready give the fresh fry snails and mixing in pan. After mixing give water and tea spoon salt for making snail curry.
